DELIVERY INFORMATION
CANADA / U.S. DELIVERIES
Each floral arrangement is designed and delivered
for you. We guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet
every time; substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal and
regional conditions. The overall appearance of the floral item will
be very similar.
When placing your order, please indicate the date on which your
order is to be delivered. We accept same-day deliveries, but please
note the following delivery schedule:

Canada and United States orders received
before noon in the recipients time zone can be delivered the
same day.

Orders received after the above times will be
delivered the following day.

Sunday deliveries are not available. Orders
received for delivery on Sunday will be delivered the next
Monday.

Holiday deliveries have an earlier cut off time.
Orders received by 11 am the day before the holiday can be
delivered. We will try to deliver your order if it is received
after the cut off time, but will let you know if it is not
possible.

Order cancellation requests must be received by
9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on the day of delivery.

A Service Charge of $9.00 will be added to each
order placed for delivery outside of the Regional District of
Nanaimo.

In larger centres, an extra $5.00 may have to be
added to cover the extra cost of delivery. You will be advised
by e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL Deliveries
International deliveries of floral gifts are made to locations
outside the US and Canada. Floral arrangements delivered
internationally may vary due to current exchange rates or
availability.

International deliveries can be made within 2
business days, when received by 8PM EST

Orders placed after 8:00 PM EST on Friday can be
delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Saturday or
Sunday can be delivered the following Tuesday.
